I had popcorn for dinner last night. Butter, salt, paprika. There’s not much better. It’s kind of special popcorn – Rancho Gordo – of course - ‘Premium Crimson’ – pops up white as can be – lovely to decorate with a little salt and the red powder. Gosh I just love this stuff. Doesn’t it look good?

Also, I want to do a plug for this groovy little magazine that gets delivered every month or whenever it shows up actually – a gift from my mother-in-law Ellie Seltzer who lives in Florida. The magazine is Vegetarian Times and I’m telling you – it has some of the best recipes I have ever made. I Just finished reading the “Summer Harvest Special” and I’ve got my work cut out for me….
